Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ maintenance experience.
• Prior supervisory experience in a similar setting.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification required within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise all Maintenance and Engineer team members.
• Oversee quality and operations through routine inspections.
• Coordinate community safety systems and respond to emergencies.
