Qualifications

• Experience maintaining property equipment.
• Ability to supervise hotel maintenance department activities.
• Skilled in performing minor adjustments on HVAC systems and other hotel items.

Responsibilities

• Paint, clean carpets/floors, caulk, and perform general cleaning.
• Drive shuttle to and from the airport.
• Ensure the hotel maintains high interior and exterior standards.
• Supervise the preventative maintenance program.
• Report major repair needs to the General Manager.
• Assist in setup and cleanup of meeting rooms.
