Job summary

PAI Pharma is seeking a Maintenance Automation Technician to uphold and improve production equipment through set up, changeover, preventive maintenance, and automation troubleshooting. The MAT will guide junior technicians and lead projects, ensuring safe and efficient operation on the manufacturing floor.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years of manufacturing experience, strong electrical/mechanical skills, and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Vocational or technical certifications required.
• Associates degree in technology highly preferred.
• 4–6 years manufacturing experience.
• 4–6 years multi-craft maintenance experience.
• Demonstrable leadership qualities.
• Experience with mechanical and electrical applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an automation safety advocate for colleagues.
• Read and understand electrical schematics and PLC ladder logic.
• Troubleshoot major mechanical, electrical, and automation issues.
• Backup PLC programs and robot images and programs.
• Lead internal integration projects for new and existing equipment.
• Log SOPs and compliance trainings in eInfotree.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by maintenance leadership.
