Job summary

Real Property Management Eclipse is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to oversee maintenance, renovations, and unit turns in the Bellevue area. The role requires hands-on trades experience and the ability to manage multiple projects with quality workmanship.

Responsibilities include leading projects, performing repairs across painting, drywall, flooring, fencing, millwork, and door installs, and documenting work in AppFolio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience with painting, drywall, flooring, and fences/decks.
• Ability to read work orders and project scopes.
• Proficient with hand and power tools.
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
• Ability to lead projects and work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds daily.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and projects as assigned by property managers
• Coordinate and complete unit turns on schedule
• Paint, drywall installation/repair, texturing, finishing
• Build, repair, maintain fences
• Install and repair doors and hardware
• Diagnose issues and propose repairs
• Document work in AppFolio with managers
• Ensure safety and quality standards
