Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required and basic math skills.
• Trade school and/or military training a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Vacant Apartments: assist in getting units ready to meet quality standards.
• Perform Maintenance Tasks: light bulb changes, filter replacements, painting, pool maintenance, etc.
• Respond to Resident Requests with timely, professional solutions.
• Be available for after-hours Emergency On-Call Services as required.
• Maintain Grounds: keep common areas clean and debris-free.
• Assist Maintenance Director with Special Projects and preventive maintenance.
