Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications or associate’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years in property maintenance or facilities management; multi-family experience a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and teamwork across properties.

Responsibilities

• Inspect properties and perform preventative maintenance to ensure safety and functionality.
• Respond to resident maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues promptly.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and service.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and inspections.
• Weekly: perform routine building system checks (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) and log results.
• Collaborate with Community Managers to prioritize projects and allocate resources.
• Review inventory of maintenance supplies and reorder as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory standards.
• Assist with property improvements or renovations as needed.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff and on-call teammates.
