Job summary

You will perform repairs, coordinate with vendors, and maintain detailed maintenance records while fostering positive relationships with residents and staff. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; facilities management education preferred.
• 2+ years in property maintenance or facilities management; residential property experience a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, organization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect properties and perform preventative maintenance to ensure safety and functionality.
• Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and service.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and inspections.
• Participate in on-call rotation to address emergencies and safety obligations.
