Peabody Properties, Inc. is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician for an apartment community in Boston, MA. The role involves evaluating and addressing a broad range of maintenance needs in coordination with the Service Manager to ensure efficient operation of the property.

Responsibilities include electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, locks & keys, carpentry, painting, drywall, and janitorial duties. On-call coverage after hours and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities maintenance required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine, preventative and emergency maintenance across building systems.
• Address electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair and door hardware needs.
• Handle janitorial, grounds, and snow removal tasks as needed.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies and on-call requests in a timely manner.
