Responsibilities

• Greet residents and respond to service requests promptly.
• Perform maintenance tasks personally or supervise assistants as needed.
• Schedule maintenance to cover emergencies 24/7 and coordinate with management.
• Conduct regular safety meetings and ensure compliance with OSHA/HC regulations.
• Maintain records of preventive maintenance, work performed, and expenditures.
• Inspect and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, lighting, and fixtures.
