Job summary

Minerals Technologies Inc. in Lucerne Valley, CA is seeking a Maintenance Team Lead to direct and coordinate mechanical maintenance across the plant. This role ensures safe, reliable operation of crushers, conveyors, screens, and related equipment while leading a team of maintenance mechanics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of industrial mechanical maintenance experience.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience in mining, aggregates, cement, lime, quarry, or heavy industrial operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct maintenance mechanics in daily work assignments.
• Attend and occasionally lead daily coordination meetings with operations.
• Coordinate manpower, tools, and resources to complete maintenance safely and efficiently.
• Provide technical guidance, training, and mentoring to maintenance personnel.
• Assist with employee development activities.
• Develop and maintain maintenance backlog and schedule activities.
