Job summary

Independently troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex equipment; lead installations, upgrades, and maintenance projects; mentor technicians and drive reliability with SOPs and documentation.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in mechanical or technical field or equivalent education and experience.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience maintaining equipment in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Independently troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on plant machinery and facilities.
• Lead equipment installations, startups, upgrades, and renovations.
• Diagnose equipment failures and coordinate necessary repairs, parts, and materials.
• Collaborate with equipment manufacturers to resolve advanced technical issues.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and maintenance documentation.
• Oversee maintenance scheduling, inventory control, and waste stream documentation.
• Train and mentor maintenance technicians and support continuous improvement.
