Sealed Air Corporation in Ohio is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the Molding and Automated Assembly Department. You will perform preventative and reactive maintenance, troubleshoot injection molding operations and automation equipment, and identify areas for improvement to keep production safe and efficient.

The role requires 5+ years in industrial maintenance with injection molding machines, strong mechanical/electrical skills, PLC experience, and the ability to read diagrams and

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; vocational or industrial maintenance training preferred.
• 5+ years of industrial experience with injection molding machines in a production environment.
• Experience troubleshooting electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems; PLC knowledge.
• Ability to read electrical ladder diagrams and hydraulic schematics; use hand and power tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Exhibit safety awareness and attend daily safety meetings.
• Diagnose and repair injection molding machines and assemblers.
• Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on automation equipment.
• Notify supervisor for spare/replacement parts and coordinate orders.
• Work on conveyors, injection molding machines, compressors, and hydraulic/pneumatic lines.
• Interpret electrical ladder diagrams and hydraulic schematics.
