Tipton Asset Group, Inc. in the Austin area is seeking Lead Maintenance Technicians to help maintain the apartment complex and ensure a clean, well-maintained environment for current and prospective residents.

Lead technicians are responsible for day-to-day maintenance operations, including on-call emergencies and supporting electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and preventative maintenance tasks. Applicants should have 4+ years of experience, HVAC certification, and must provide their own

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least four years of maintenance experience and HVAC certification.
• Must provide or use own tools.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• On-call for property emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Be on-call for 24-hour maintenance emergencies.
• Perform grounds work such as trash pick-up and light landscaping.
• Assist with maintenance tasks across trades: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and preventative maintenance.

The Job:

Our lead maintenance technicians are an integral part of keeping our satisfied and are responsible for day-to-day maintenance operations and general upkeep of the community. Specific responsibilities include:

• Being on-call for 24-hour maintenance emergencies
• Completing grounds work such as: trash pick-up and light landscaping
• Assisting with various types of maintenance: Electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and preventative

The Details:

Our Lead Maintenance Technicians should meet the following criteria:

• High School Diploma/GED Required
• Have at least four years of experience and HVAC certification
• Provide/use of own tools
• Must be able to maintain a professional and courteous manner with , visitors and maintenance staff
• Possess basic knowledge of the following: HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems
• Available for on call property emergencies
