Job summary

Arcan Capital seeks a Lead Maintenance Technician to perform interior and exterior maintenance, repairs, and groundskeeping across our apartment communities in Florida. You will respond to resident requests, troubleshoot issues, and uphold safety and quality standards while delivering excellent service.

Qualified candidates bring advanced knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems, plus 3+ years of maintenance experience and a willingness to work a flexible

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience or equivalent.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HVAC, EPA, and/or CPO certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare market-ready apartments including painting, cleaning, and basic repairs.
• Perform routine interior and exterior maintenance and repairs.
• Respond to resident service requests promptly and professionally.
• Report maintenance concerns on vacant units, models, and common areas.
• Maintain safety and privacy, following OSHA requirements.
