Job summary

Daily Harvest in Twin Falls, Idaho, is seeking a Maintenance Technician Lead to direct the hourly maintenance crew across processing systems, packaging lines, automation and utilities. You will collaborate with shift managers to ensure safe, efficient operation of plant equipment and uphold food safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in food manufacturing, strong troubleshooting and leadership skills, and experience with CMMS.

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in a food production/manufacturing environment operating, repairing and/or troubleshooting issues on filling, packaging and other processing equipment.
Knowledge of safety & lock out tag out programs.
Mechanical competence and problem-solving skills; ability to work effectively in teams.

Responsibilities

Direct maintenance work on processing systems, filling and packaging equipment, and utilities.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges; assign technicians to jobs.
Manage the preventive maintenance program and track work orders in the CMMS.
Support scheduling to ensure adequate coverage and uphold safety procedures.
