Job summary

American Foods Group in Wright City, MO is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician who has knowledge of General Maintenance, Hydraulic, Pneumatic, Electrical and Electronic Systems, and Welding (TIG, STICK). The Lead will supervise up to 5 team members and perform daily PMs and paperwork to keep production lines in good mechanical order.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED with 5+ years in industrial maintenance or food manufacturing
• 6 months maintenance experience at American Foods Group
• Ability to read and execute work orders and write daily reports
• Fluency in English and ability to work with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Lead up to 5 team members to perform daily tasks and paperwork
• Implement mechanical and engineering projects
• Ensure all daily PMs and paperwork are completed
• Maintain production lines in good mechanical order
• Follow GMPs and Safety Practices
• Set up, test, and tear down machinery
