Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience including HVAC, plumbing and electrical work.
• Valid driver's license required.
• HVAC (CFC) certifications preferred or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances.
• Maintain and repair community facilities and respond to work orders promptly.
• Train and supervise Maintenance Tech I and II.
• Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections.
• Ensure vacant units are rent-ready in a timely manner.
