Job summary

TIME Manufacturing Company seeks a Maintenance Technician to join our Waco facility. You will split time between hands-on maintenance and production electrical work, leading a small maintenance team and ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency across the plant.

The role emphasizes versatile skills, balancing multiple priorities, and contributing to production operations with a focus on safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in maintenance, electrical, or technical production environment preferred.
• Proficiency in basic facility maintenance tasks (plumbing, lighting, minor repairs).
• Familiarity with electrical systems, wiring.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform facility repairs including plumbing, lighting, and general upkeep.
• Prepare vehicle bodies, chassis, and subassemblies for electrical work and component installation.
• Support hydraulic and fabrication installation tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Manager to prioritize tasks and allocate resources to meet schedules and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and promote a safe working environment.
