Job summary

TIME Manufacturing Company in Waco, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technical who balances hands-on electrical and fabrication work with strong leadership of a small maintenance team. You will split time between facility upkeep and technical production tasks to keep the plant safe, reliable, and productive.

In this role you will perform plumbing, lighting, chassis prep, hydraulic support, and quality checks, while collaborating with the Maintenance Manager to plan tasks and manage resources to meet

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a maintenance, electrical, or technical production environment preferred.
• Proficiency in basic facility maintenance tasks, including plumbing, lighting, and minor repairs.
• Familiarity with electrical systems, wiring.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage shifting priorities.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a production plant environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform facility repairs, including plumbing, lighting, and general upkeep.
• Prepare vehicle bodies, chassis, and subassemblies for electrical work and component installation.
• Support hydraulic and fabrication installation tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to prioritize tasks and allocate resources to meet production schedules and budget guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with all company safety procedures and promote a safe working environment.
