• Familiarity with electrical systems, wiring.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage shifting priorities.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a production plant environment.

Summary

The Maintenance Technical plays a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence at our Versalift facility. This position blends hands‑on technical expertise with strong leadership skills, overseeing a small maintenance team while contributing directly to production operations. Approximately 25% of the role focuses on managing facility maintenance activities, performing minor repairs, and ensuring the plant remains safe and operational. The remaining 75% involves technical production work, including cab electrical installs, chassis programming, component preparation, hydraulic and fabrication assistance, and conducting quality checks throughout the production process. The ideal candidate is a versatile, solutions-oriented professional who can balance multiple priorities, lead by example, and maintain high standards for safety, quality, and efficiency.
