Qualifications

• Minimum six years of maintenance experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• Experience in fluid processing and basic welding.
• Experience with reading electrical and PID drawings.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair plant equipment to maximise production.
• Initiate, implement and manage the preventive maintenance program.
• Monitor spare parts inventory and reorder as needed.
• Maintain computerized maintenance management system and records.
• Ensure safety and training compliance.
