Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician Lead in Avenel, NJ. The role focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing equipment and facility systems to ensure safe and efficient operations, including conveyors, motors, hydraulics, and pneumatics.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in maintenance or equivalent from two-year college or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience as maintenance technician

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and replace electrical and mechanical components.
• Perform preventive maintenance on conveyors and related equipment.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and replace pneumatic equipment, hydraulic equipment, and related components.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and replace hydraulic equipment, including hoses and pumps.
• Weld equipment and assemble machine parts as required by scope of work.
• Record maintenance information and read work orders to determine repair needs.
• Collaborate with other workers to repair or move machines and equipment.
• Keep inventory of parts and tools for maintenance operations.
