Job summary

VOALA in Los Angeles is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee construction, repairs and maintenance across VOALA sites. The role requires flexibility in hours and on-site work.

You will lead maintenance staff, manage work orders, coordinate vendors and ensure safety compliance. A minimum of 4 years in facilities maintenance or construction and a California driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in facilities maintenance or construction
• Experience leading a team of maintenance or construction workers
• Fingerprint clearance and background check required
• California driver’s license and clean driving record preferred

Responsibilities

• Plans and executes repair, maintenance and construction projects at VOALA sites
• Leads facility maintenance staff; provides leadership and training
• Performs electrical, plumbing, HVAC and carpentry tasks as needed
• Maintains work orders and records; coordinates with vendors and tenants
