Qualifications

• Several years of experience as a maintenance technician in a property management setting.
• Prior experience leading or supervising a maintenance team is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train a team of maintenance technicians, assigning tasks and evaluating performance.
• Receive, prioritize, and assign maintenance work orders for timely completion.
• Perform complex repairs across various systems including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive preventative maintenance schedule.
• Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors for specialized repairs.
• Regularly inspect property units and common areas to identify maintenance needs.
• Respond to after–hours emergency maintenance calls.
• Assist the property manager in managing the maintenance budget.
