Job summary

Churchill Residential is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician for its Evergreen at Arbor Hills, a 130-unit senior living community. The role ensures maintenance, cleaning, and repairs across the property, with make-ready units prepared before occupancy and work orders completed within 24 hours.

The position requires at least 3 years of lead-tech experience in the apartment industry, Texas driver’s license, EPA certification, and prefers CPO certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Lead Technician in the apartment industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A valid Texas Driver's License is required.
• EPA Certification required and CPO preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, cleaning, and repairs of the entire property.
• Complete make-ready units and ensure the physical condition and presentation of all apartments prior to occupancy.
• Provide and supervise resident work orders, ensuring completion within 24 hours.
• Conduct property preventive maintenance and manage inventory.
• Collaborate with maintenance and office staff to deliver excellent customer service.

Responsible for the completion of make ready units and the physicalcondition and presentation readiness of all apartments prior to occupancy. Performs and assigns resident work ordersensuring that requests are completed within 24 hours. Responsible for property preventive maintenance and inventory. Promotes and works as a team with themaintenance and office staff. Provides excellent customer service every day. Must comply with TDHCAguidelines and conform to Fair Housing and ADA. A valid Texas Driver's Licenseis required. Excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills required.Minimum 3 years experience as a Lead Technician in the apartment industry. EPA Certification required and CPO preferred.
