Job summary

Churchill Residential seeks a Lead Maintenance Technician for Evergreen at Farmer’s Branch, a 90-unit senior living community. You will perform maintenance, cleaning, and repairs and make-ready units for occupancy. Respond to resident work orders within 24 hours and collaborate with maintenance and office staff.

Must have a valid Texas driver’s license and auto insurance, plus EPA certification; CPO preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Responsible for the completion of make ready unitsand the physical condition and presentation readiness of all apartments priorto occupancy. Performs and assignsresident work orders ensuring that requests are completed within 24 hours. Promotes and works as a team with themaintenance and office staff. Provides outrageous customer service every day. Must comply with TDHCAguidelines and conform to Fair Housing and ADA. A valid Texas Driver’s and autoinsurance is required. Excellentinterpersonal and communication skills required. Previous maintenanceexperience in related industry required.EPA required and CPO preferred.
