Job summary

Volunteers of America Colorado is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to manage maintenance and repairs across facilities, ensuring safety and quality. You will assist in supervising maintenance staff and coordinating with third-party vendors to uphold building standards.

The role requires at least one year in building maintenance, a valid Colorado driver license, and the ability to perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, heating and HVAC tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of building maintenance experience.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Valid Colorado driver license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily work of maintenance and janitorial staff.
• Coordinate vendors and review quotes for parts, services and labor.
• Ensure safety compliance and REAC readiness across properties.
• Maintain logs and preventive maintenance programs; ensure timely completion.
