The How…

You will use your five-plus years of experience in property maintenance (either in a residential or hospitality setting, including at least one year of supervising others) to address work orders and other repair and maintenance issues before they escalate into major problems.

You lead by example, assisting with work orders, managing the Make-Ready board to ensure timely turnovers, and maintaining property grounds.

You are comfortable engaging with residents and staff, addressing concerns, and resolving issues effectively. Your attention to detail and project management skills help find cost-effective, high-quality solutions quickly.

Your friendly, efficient approach fosters a safe environment for staff and residents, with a safety-first mindset, including proper handling of chemicals and safety training.

The Details…

This full-time role is Monday-Friday, with occasional on-call hours for emergencies. You must maintain your own toolkit and have a valid driver’s license to operate company or personal vehicles.

Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) auto-enrollment after 60 days, paid vacation and sick leave, and holiday pay.
