Description
As a Lead Maintenance Technician, you oversee ongoing facility maintenance and repairs to keep the company’s multifamily property operating and appearing at its best.
The How…
You will use your five-plus years of experience in property maintenance (either in a residential or hospitality setting, including at least one year of supervising others) to address work orders and other repair and maintenance issues before they escalate into major problems.
You will utilize your technical certifications in areas such as HVAC, pools/spas (CPO), electrical, or plumbing to handle specialized repairs as needed.
You aim to positively impact residents' lives by proactively maintaining the property and amenities, including the pool and clubhouse. You are hands-on with daily maintenance, setting standards for work quality.
You lead by example, assisting with work orders, managing the Make-Ready board to ensure timely turnovers, and maintaining property grounds.
You are comfortable engaging with residents and staff, addressing concerns, and resolving issues effectively. Your attention to detail and project management skills help find cost-effective, high-quality solutions quickly.
Your friendly, efficient approach fosters a safe environment for staff and residents, with a safety-first mindset, including proper handling of chemicals and safety training.
The Details…
This full-time role is Monday-Friday, with occasional on-call hours for emergencies. You must maintain your own toolkit and have a valid driver’s license to operate company or personal vehicles.
