Job summary

DENSO Maryville, TN is seeking a Team Leader, Production Maintenance for the 2nd shift. You will lead and supervise maintenance associates, provide hands-on electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, and mentor the team to improve plant reliability and health.

Responsibilities include planning work, reducing downtime, coordinating repairs with customers, ensuring safety on the floor, and driving Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with Maintenance Planner.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years leading teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance associates on the 2nd shift.
• Provide technical troubleshooting for electrical and mechanical systems.
• Develop training plans and coach team members.
• Plan and execute work to meet department goals and reduce downtime.
• Coordinate repairs with customers to minimize downtime.
• Ensure safety compliance on the production floor.
