Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of maintenance experience in multifamily housing, senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or related industry.
• Advanced knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, carpentry, and building systems.
• Experience creating and managing preventative maintenance schedules.
• Ability to mentor and train junior maintenance staff.
• Strong understanding of OSHA regulations, life safety systems, and facilities maintenance best practices.
• Experience with CMMS or electronic work order platforms.

This hands-on role is responsible for performing advanced maintenance and repair work, overseeing preventative maintenance efforts, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring a high standard of service for residents and staff.The Lead Maintenance Technician serves as a trusted resource to the Maintenance Director and site leadership team and may provide guidance, training, and mentorship to apprentice and entry-level maintenance technicians.
