Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job Purpose:The Senior Maintenance Technician for Property Management is responsible for maintaining residential and commercial properties in a safe, attractive, and fully functional condition. This senior-level position performs routine maintenance, preventive maintenance, inspections, and complex repairs to ensure resident satisfaction, protect property assets, and support efficient property operations.This role is intended for an experienced maintenance professional who can work independently, lead by example, and serve as a technical resource for less experienced staff when needed.The ideal candidate will have 3–5+ years of maintenance experience and a strong demonstrated ability to independently diagnose issues, prioritize and manage work orders, and perform repairs across a wide range of building systems. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to preventive maintenance are essential.
