Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide (MVW) is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to lead shifts, perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment, and supervise associates to ensure smooth operations for owners and guests.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventative maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication.
• Installs and maintains appliances, electronics, and equipment.
• Leads shifts and supervises associates as scheduled.
• Performs preventative maintenance for all kitchen equipment according to standard.
• Monitors resort sprinkler systems to ensure accordance with company policy and local code.
• Inspects, repairs, and maintains HVAC, air quality control, and refrigeration equipment.

As a Lead Maintenance Technician , a typical day will include:

To Become a Lead Maintenance Technician at MVW:

• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time .
• Lift/Carry/Push/Pull Items that Weigh up to 75 lbs without assistance .
• Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
