Job summary

Tipton Asset Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to sustain the apartment community's look and operations in San Antonio, TX. You will handle day-to-day maintenance and support both current and prospective residents.

Responsibilities include on-call emergencies, grounds upkeep, and support across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting tasks. A High School diploma and HVAC certification are required, plus own tools and reliable conduct with residents and staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Three+ years of maintenance experience with HVAC knowledge.
• Must provide own tools for daily tasks.
• Ability to work professionally with residents, visitors and staff.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Be on-call for 24-hour maintenance emergencies.
• Perform grounds upkeep such as trash collection and light landscaping.
• Assist with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and preventive maintenance.

The Job: Our maintenance professionals are an integral part of keeping our residents satisfied and are responsible for day-to-day maintenance operations and general upkeep of the community. Specific responsibilities include:

• Being on-call for 24-hour maintenance emergencies
• Completing grounds work such as: trash pick-up and light landscaping
• Assisting with various types of maintenance: Electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and preventative.

The Details: Our Maintenance Technicians should meet the following criteria:

• High School Diploma/GED Required
• Have at least three years of experience and HVAC certification
• Provide/use of own tools
• Must be able to maintain a professional and courteous manner with residents, visitors and maintenance staff
• Possess basic knowledge of the following: HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
