PROMOTION OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE

Our special event rental company seeks qualified and experienced Maintenance Technicians for full/part-time positions. Training to begin immediately.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Painting, sanding, staining, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, cleaning, and general product repair and refurbishment.
• Maintain all maintenance, storage areas, and storage rooms in an orderly fashion and in compliance with safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate inventory control of tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Perform preventative maintenance inspections and repairs on equipment to ensure proper operating conditions and appearance.
• Recommend measures to improve methods of operations, performance, safety, and quality of service.

These Positions Require:

• 5 years’ experience in maintaining preventative maintenance checks and repairs as needed related to construction sites, electrical systems, plumbing systems, and health and safety requirements.
• 2 years’ forklift experience required (stand-up/sit-down).
• Current drivers’ license at hire; ability to renew.
• Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, crawling, and climbing activities.
• Lifting and carrying of bulky or heavy items, up to 50 lbs repeatedly, may be required.
• Ability and willingness to take direction, delegate tasks, and act as project manager on maintenance-related projects.
