We’re seeking a skilled, hands-on Lead General Maintenance Technician to oversee daily maintenance operations and ensure our jobsites are safe, functional, and well-maintained.

Responsibilities:

• Perform and oversee general maintenance tasks (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, etc.)

• Lead a small team of maintenance staff and coordinate work assignments

• Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance

• Manage repairs, service calls, and work orders efficiently

• Ensure compliance with safety and building codes

• Collaborate with management on maintenance planning and improvements

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in general maintenance or skilled trades

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
