NESCO RESOURCE is hiring for a Lead Maintenance Technician in the Charleston, SC area.


JOB ROLE/SUMMARY:
Seeking a skilled technician who can perform necessary repairs to commercial buildings. Duties include but are not limited to: drywall, painting, caulking, tile and flooring, masonry, operating heavy machinery (lifts) and carpentry.

• MUST BE ABLE TO PASS DRUG TEST
• MUST HAVE VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE WITH A GOOD DRIVING RECORD - Will have access to a company vehicle
• MUST HAVE GED; HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA
• BASIC TECHNOLOGICAL SKILLS (able to operate tablets/phone)
• BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF POWER TOOLS/SAFETY WHEN HANDLING THEM
• BASIC MECHANICAL KNOWLEDGE
• COMMUNICATION SKILLS
• PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS
• CAN FOLLOW BASIC INSTRUCTION
• Warehouse is based in the Summerville area.
• Ability to travel daily between work sites. Summerville, Charleston and Columbia areas.
