Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance, Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed, Loud Noises (Equipment/Machinery), Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.), Will work with hazardous/toxic materials

Job Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, and upgrade production and facilities equipment to prevent unscheduled downtime.
• Communicate daily with Production Management to determine maintenance priorities and ensure seamless operation.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on all production process equipment.
• Apply equipment manuals and documentation to troubleshoot, tune, and identify part numbers for repairs.
• Install and calibrate temperature controllers/recorders.
• Walk and stand up to six hours at a time, with frequent squatting, stooping, kneeling, bending, twisting at the waist, and climbing ladders.
• Adhere strictly to GMP/QSR guidelines and Microbiology Division SOPs.
• Arrive on time and work additional overtime as needed, ensuring all work activities are performed safely.
• Report any actual or potential safety hazards to management.

Skills, Abilities, and Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Vocational technical training or at least three years of related job experience.
• Experience with process control and various piping systems.
• Basic knowledge of electronics and strong troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to read blueprints and perform physical requirements as identified by the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) with or without reasonable accommodations.
