LBA Hospitality is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to support the General Manager by overseeing hotel maintenance, repairs, and preventative tasks. This is an on-site leadership role focused on keeping the property safe, functional, and well maintained.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing building systems, conducting preventive maintenance, coordinating with staff, and maintaining logs. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and leadership skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance technician or similar experience.
• HVAC and Pool Maintenance certifications preferred.
• Working knowledge of preventative maintenance, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong troubleshooting, organization, communication, and leadership skills.
• Must meet company security clearance requirements.

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, and other building systems.
• Perform and document preventative maintenance according to company and brand standards.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders.
• Inspect and maintain the hotel’s interior, exterior, equipment, and grounds.
• Train and supervise maintenance staff and designated associates on maintenance and safety procedures.
• Maintain required maintenance logs, checklists, and documentation.
• Ensure appropriate tools and equipment are available and properly maintained.
• Identify and immediately address or report safety hazards.
• Manage maintenance activities within budget while maintaining service standards.
• Provide professional, guest-focused service and maintain guest privacy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
• This is an on-site hotel position.
