I am currently hiring for a Senior Industrial Maintenance Technician at a leading manufacturing facility in Indianapolis, IN. This is a full-time, permanent/direct-hire position, offering the chance to work with a respected company and make an impact in the maintenance field. If you have experience with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and control systems, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct preventive maintenance, general repairs, and emergency troubleshooting on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and control systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve DCS and electrical issues to ensure smooth operation of machinery and equipment.
• Adhere to safety protocols including PPE use, lock-out/tag-out procedures, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment through good housekeeping.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in industrial maintenance (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and control systems).
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills, particularly with DCS systems and electrical issues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Knowledge of lock-out/tag-out, PPE requirements, and overall safety standards.
