Starting Pay: $23/hour

Primary Purpose

The Lead Maintenance Tech supervises engineering staff and ensures work orders are completed timely and according to brand standards to ensure an excellent guest experience.

Work Performed

The duties include:

• Managing building assets such as equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, water treatment, electrical systems
• Planning and evaluating preventative maintenance programs
• Conducting inspections and identifying repairs
• Ensuring proper supplies and equipment are available
• Coaching and holding engineering staff accountable
• Scheduling staff according to business needs
• Assisting with vendor proposals
• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of work areas
• Following safety and security policies, reporting issues and hazards
• Completing assigned tasks and other duties as required

Qualifications

Experience: At least 1 year in engineering/maintenance and prior supervisory or leadership experience

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Certifications: HVAC, Electrical, and/or Plumbing certifications

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs, bend, squat, walk, and stand for long periods

Other: Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
