We are seeking a Lead Maintenance professional who thrives in working independently to ensure the proper functioning of our property. You will perform necessary tasks assigned by the Property Manager to keep apartments, mechanical equipment, pools, and related facilities in good working condition.

Responsibilities:

1. Repair major and minor issues with equipment and buildings
2. Complete maintenance and repair work orders in a timely fashion
3. Oversee the make-ready process
4. Order and replace broken parts or equipment
5. Maintain a clean community and a safe workspace
6. Maintain swimming pools
7. Perform other duties as assigned
