Position Details

Starting Pay: $23 hourly

Primary Purpose

The Lead Maintenance Tech supervises engineering staff and ensures timely completion of work orders according to brand standards to provide guests with an excellent experience.

Responsibilities

1. Assist in managing building assets including equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, water treatment, and electrical systems.
2. Plan, schedule, and evaluate preventative maintenance programs.
3. Conduct inspections and identify repair needs.
4. Ensure proper supplies and equipment are available for associates.
5. Coach and hold engineering associates accountable in line with Atrium’s Core Values.
6. Assist with scheduling staff based on business needs.
7. Assist with vendor proposals.
8. Maintain proper sanitization and safety standards.
9. Report equipment issues, safety hazards, and accidents to leadership.
10. Complete assigned tasks and other duties as required.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 1 year in engineering/maintenance; supervisory experience preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certifications: HVAC, Electrical, and/or Plumbing certifications preferred.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs, bend, squat, walk, and stand for long periods.
• Other: Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
