Job summary

Lippert Components is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment on a full-time basis in Alabama. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and reliability of manufacturing processes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include diagnosing issues with welders and conveyors, performing preventative maintenance, and coordinating with maintenance teams to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in machine operation and repair preferred.
• Welding competency and knowledge of welding systems preferred.
• Lift Truck Operators License preferred (training available).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair production welders, torches, saws, and metal finishing equipment.
• Diagnose/maintain/install production hoists in a timely fashion.
• Diagnose/maintain/resolve issues with overhead roll doors and related equipment.
• Safely operate fork trucks and aerial lifts; assist with rigging when needed.
• Perform maintenance electrical tasks and use measuring/testing tools like a multi-meter.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping and promote safety across the plant.
