Position Summary:

As a Lead Maintenance Technician, you will oversee the general appearance and maintenance of the property to ensure a positive living experience for residents.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the property for repairs or replacements
• Complete work requests for common areas and apartments
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Assess and repair appliances as needed
• Prepare vacant units for new residents
• Supervise maintenance staff and other personnel
• Occasional on-call duties with trip stipends for after-hours calls
• Maintain a safe work environment

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of maintenance experience preferred
• Proficiency in carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, and repairs
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred
• CPO certification preferred
• Valid driver’s license and insurance may be required
