Job summary

Resilience, a technology-focused biomanufacturing company in West Chester, OH, seeks an experienced Maintenance Technician to perform ongoing corrective, predictive, and preventative maintenance on process equipment within the PET area. The role includes setup/changeover support, troubleshooting, training operators, equipment upgrades, 5S, and adherence to cGMPs and OSHA.

Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated production environment with equipment maintenance.
• Strong English communication, reading and writing skills.
• Prior leadership experience supervising or mentoring staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing maintenance and changeovers on process equipment.
• Document work in the work order system per cGMPs.
• Train operators on equipment setup and minor repairs.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and 5S in operating areas.
• Operate under SOPs and OSHA safety guidelines.
• Overtime may be required; assist in projects and validation activities.
