Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as a maintenance technician.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Solid knowledge of electrical, plumbing & HVAC systems.
• Working knowledge of common tools, appliances and devices.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, schedule and inspect maintenance staff work.
• Maintain a clean, organized shop and inventory.
