Qualifikationen

• Minimum five years in maintenance or repair field; trade school ok.
• Current Texas driver’s license with clean driving record.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience closing out work orders in EQUIPS system.
• Proficient with digital tools and iPads for work orders and photo documentation.
• EPA-certified to handle refrigerants or certification within 90 days.

• Plan, organize, and manage technicians and work orders for safety and quality.
• Oversee daily activity of maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors.
• Respond to emergencies; prioritize life-safety type work orders.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, drywall repairs, and equipment maintenance.
• Maintain inventory and ensure tools are accounted for and in good order.
• Coordinate with residents and internal teams; ensure regulatory compliance.
