Job summary

Sandpiper Hospitality in London, KY is seeking a Lead Maintenance Tech to perform light maintenance, housekeeping tasks and preventive care of the hotel facilities inside and out.

You will handle light electrical, plumbing, carpet care, painting, and safety checks, with on-call duties for emergencies. The role includes laundry duties and cross-training with Move-Out, Stay-Over, and Flex Attendants as needed.

Qualifications

• Hotel maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to perform light electrical and plumbing tasks.
• Flexible and able to respond to emergencies on-call.

Responsibilities

• All light and preventive maintenance of the facility interior and exterior.
• Light electrical work such as changing outlets or switches.
• Light plumbing including toilet repairs and sinks maintenance.
• Paint/caulking and pest identification as part of preventive programs.
• Maintain and clean public spaces and perform laundry duties as needed.
