Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Light and preventive maintenance across interior and exterior.
• Light plumbing: unclog toilets and sinks.
• Light electrical: change outlets, switches, bulbs.
• Studio maintenance: painting, caulking, pest checks.
• General upkeep and parking lot maintenance.
• Room preparation after move-outs; inspect rooms for issues.
• Clean daily public areas and stage rooms with supplies.
• Waste removal and stain treatment of linens.
