Sandpiper Hospitality is seeking a Lead Maintenance Tech at our Virginia Beach location. The role covers light maintenance, housekeeping-related tasks, room prep after guest departures, and general facility upkeep both inside and outside.

On-call emergencies are required, with time tracked as work time. Responsibilities include carpet care, electrical and plumbing tasks, and coordinating preventive maintenance programs across the property.

Responsibilities

• All light and preventive maintenance of the facility interior and exterior: shampooing carpet, light electrical work (outlets, switches), light plumbing (toilet repair, unclogging sinks, faucet repair)
• Studio preventive maintenance programs (painting, caulking, pest identification, janitorial work)
• Parking lot upkeep and maintenance of public spaces
• Executing the Quarterly Preventative Maintenance Program
